mexmonroe: heres the link about where you can get your birth certificate translated/notarized. I used their services and they did a great job. Yes, you need to get it translated if it not in english. uscis wont accept any document not in english. good luck and welcome to the forum.

lascarez: im not 100% sure but if you at least enroll in GED classes and show youre taking them, that should be enought to still qualify.. -
marys1985: seria recomendado que por esta infraccion, te pusieras en contacto con un abogado..si puedes calificar si tienes todos los requisitos pero no queremos que por esa infraccion se haga dificil tu caso.. buena suerte y bienvenida al forum.

Lascarez: How are you attending college, without a high school diploma or GED? One of the requirements of this act is having a high school diploma or GED. This is what it says: Are currently in school, have graduated or obtained a certificate of completion from high school, have obtained a general education development (GED) certificate, or are an honorably discharged veteran of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States; Heres the link:http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=f2ef2f19470f7310VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=f2ef2f19470f7310VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD -
