    You have been waiting all this time dont throw it all away, maintain that hope if you have nothing to fear and have abide by all the requirements of daca it HAS to be approved.. sooner or later but it will eventually. at one point or another we all get that feeling of anger and discouragement more when other people who applied after you get approved, but you just have to remind yourself that it will come..remember we are all in the same boat we are all hoping to get this once in a life time change, people before us who just aged out did not get this opportunity..WE DID!

    Thank you Edwin, and yess this whole thing is so draining, everyone says just be patient and wait it out but the thing is that I've never had hope and now all of the sudden things changed and I can finally see that little flicker of light at the end of this tunnel.. is so close I can ALMOST reach for it, of course im gunna obsess about it. I check EVERYDAY and will continue to do so until my case is either approved or denied. Good luck to everyone and I hope we all get a chance to finally live our lives without fear.

    Well I guess i'll just have to wait and see, sometimes you do things just to try to not get in trouble and end up making a bigger mess out of things. That day i was coming from work and got stopped, I made the wrong choice to give my friends name, he actually let me go i got home and called my friend to tell her what happened and as im speaking to her the sheriff was pulling up to my house and asked to see id, i told him that i was scared to go to jail for not having a license and have them tow the only car we had (my mom was actually in new orleans at the time cleaning up after katrina) so i knew there was not gunna be anyone to bail me out, I was terrified I was going to get deported,or to even get the car if it was to be towed. spent the night in jail and got out the next day on a personal bond. I got a lawyer to reduce the charge from class a to class c and now 6 years later this wrong choice might cost me big time.

    well in my case is not a traffic violation I believe it has been stated that they wont hold those against you I have a.failure to identify and I just cant help but to worry

    I feel you in that one edwin I always prepared for the worst that way I wont be surprised but I did see case numbers right before mines getting approbed and case.numbers right after mine being approved so im thinking my misdemeanor is holding my case back so now we just have to wait and see...good luck to everyone

You might have a point but I have heard of people transferring their credit history from their ITIN numbers to their new social, the error might come from the social not having any history on it as in being brand new, how can they check your credit history if you have not used it? That might be the problem why dont youtry toput utilities to your name and new social, get a credit card under the new social start building your credit.

    You know this was brought up a couple of months ago when people would go to get their biometrics done the officer would scan for both case# the daca and the EAD but I do remember some people only having one scanned... I wonder how many people are going to have to go through this now..I'm sorry to hear about the extra wait.

My advice is get an app to record your phone conversations so it can be proved how he treats you and threatens you like everyone has said it is illegal to threaten you, if you feel unsafe get a no trespassing order against him so he cannot come to your property, if his behavior escalates you can also ask your a protective order texts voicemails phone conversations can all work in court. I'm sorry you are going through this, if USCIS has your paperwork I don't see how can they just deport you only because he makes that call to them, they KNOW you are illegal by now and I dont think they will try to remove you if you have not committed a crime. Good luck to you and let's hope all this gets settled and you can get the help you deserve foryour child.

    Yeah I'm stuck with a republican representative as well, I was just looking to this option if in case my application was to exceed 6 months (hopefully not) but my representative takes this issues at heart I believe he's also a chairman for the homeland security board.. so he's a no-go well i still have alot of time to go so I wont be stressing over this till I actually get to that point.. good luck to everyone else.

    Well I was home when I first heard about it, and it totally brought me back to sept 11, you know that feeling of being in danger those inevitable what if's. It also made me feel angry, because there was a lot of people who was affected by this, physical and mental. Now it has made me lose some hope for cir because the collateral damage was for all of us hanging by that thin thread of hope, who knows what this attack ruined for us.

    I am so sorry about your denial, please do share with us the amount of evidence you sent if were there any wide gaps on your proof of continuous stay. This letter is the one that we all dread and hope to not receive, just looking at it made me nervous. Hope we can help eachother and try t figure out what went wrong I see there are a lot of people here who are kind enough to discuss this with you and maybe you reapplying will provide a better outcome once you know you have covered everything that you need to send.

    Thanks for the heads up, while I can certanly appreciate them not hiring someone with a significant misdemeanor it kinda sucks they turned you down for driving without a license. It kinda got me worried about my failing to identify misdemeanor now.. hopefully i wont run into any big issues because of it. Good luck with your next interview and hope you get hired soon.

    I doubt that is the case from what I know you must provide a social and the EAD card when you go. Good luck and congrats on your approval.
