With the current immigration system, yes that seems about right. People need to understand a CIR (Comprehended Immigration Reform) isnt just about fixing the status of millions of people but actually changing the system entirely.

Proof Been here before reaching 16 Proof of indentiy Proof of a highschool diploma or GED or enrollment Proof being here since June 15 2007 to present Proof of being on June 15 2012 The requirements for DACA are five and are: You need to submit all and any evidence which satisfy these requirements with anything with your name address and importantly: date. What works best is subjective It can be from bank records to facebook posts. I suggest your make your evidence package corresponding to the five main requirements 1. Before reaching 16: school immunization records. Grade records. Id cards. Report cards ect hospital bills anything that shows you been here before 16 years of age 2. Anything official which shows who you are. State ID/DL foreign birth certificate or passport and IDs 3. High diploma or GED or enrollment proof 4. Records of you being here since June 15 2007. Anything with your name and date. Banks and school records work best. 5. Proof of being on June 15 2015. Anything that proves you were here that day Facebook tweets recipts bills. Anything with your name and the date Remember you want USCIS to read over your applications as fast as possible so make it easy for them to go throught. Don't send your entire bank history because it just adda more paper for them to read. they will scanned everything and go through everything. Instead of five bank records send them a letter notorized from your bank stating the numbers of years you have been with them. Cheers

Yes in a different I go to, there are people still waiting from August some sent theirs on August 16 or so and nothing.

Has Anyone Been Approved Having A Misdemeanor?
ASRAlbert replied to BRIZA87's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
It depends what kind it was. Find out the type. Before applying for DACA its important to find your status regarding your background and this can be done by requesting an FBI background check and a state check. A client of ours was charged of their when he was 12 years old. Because it he was so young he enter a program called Payback which he did community service to pay back the damages. His lawyers told him within 10 years the case will probably be "lost" we did w criminal background check with the state and his record came clean. He applied and within 4 months was approved. -
What Are Some Things That Even After Being Daca Approved We Won't Be Able To Do?
ASRAlbert replied to Rickyerique's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
It does not allow you to do much and you could face federal consequences should you submit one to the federal government. These forms are usually asked by colleges to see if you need help and they do not submit them and are for their own records. Only LPR and USC and other groups can benefit from it but nor C33 -
You were not approved your application was accepted. Its case by case and it could take a few months. They said 4-6 months and months for them don't count weekdays and holidays

What Are Some Things That Even After Being Daca Approved We Won't Be Able To Do?
ASRAlbert replied to Rickyerique's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
Because DACA only grants you a temporary lawful authorization time allowances of years presence, it limits you on what you can do. To start, you are not eligible for any Federal Aid of ANY KIND. You are STILL illegal but with a 2 year lawful presence. You are limited to taking out loans as banks don't want to risk lending out someone with an uncertain future. You cannot travel abroad with out Advance parole and you cannot own a gun. You do not have the same rights USC do so please don't do anything stupid for your sake. Is not much but its still something better than what you had before Cheers!! -
Uhmm first of all, this person was banned for insulting other members and overall creating drama through the forum. Not only that but her twitter reflects what kind of person she is. Be warned of the not work safe pictures in there
