So I received a letter in the mail today saying that i've been registered for selective service, which in case of a draft I would have to join the military. Has anyone else received this notification? I don't recall having registered for this...

If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. It's official! One month and 1 day after my I821D was approved my I765 got approved! For those still waiting dont give up hope your time will come!

Hello follow forum members, I've seen a lot of members on here whose case was sent to the Vermont, Nebraska, and California Service Centers but I've hardly seen any members whose case went to the Texas SC (SRC). So who here has had their case sent to SRC? Also what is your timeline at that Center? Below is mine... I just received my I821 Approval in the mail today but not my I765. I checked my status for it and it was still under initial review. Should I be worried?

On March 7, 2013, your name was updated relating to your I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. So I checked my case on the USCIS website and this was updated. Anyone know what that might mean? I'm trying not get my hopes up but it would be great news to better my weekend lol.

So Illinois does not issue printouts whatsoever? Hm I was hoping to at least get my state ID tomorrow.

What country are you from? Did you send a translated copy of your birth certificate?

I am not sure if that is the case as there have been some dreamers taking credit cards out.

@ Jose G. Would I have to get my birth certificate translated? Or would the original be just fine?

I don't have a passport, will I be able to use a Matricula? Or should I just use my birth certificate?

Weird, got another text not too long ago now my status switched to post decision activity saying that they've sent my letter of approval today even thought i got approved on the 2nd. Has this happened to anyone else? Maybe their system is glitchy.

@ Heisenberg, I received a text stating that my case had another update, so i checked on the uscis site and they had the tracking information on there.

Just received my tracking information! EAD card should be here by Wednesday.

When I find topics about immigration anywhere on the internet I try to avoid them because I know there's a lot of uneducated people who believe anything they hear/read without doing proper research. It's a wasted effort trying to change the minds of those ignorant individuals, so I just move along and let them be. What they fail to see is that actual citizens are the ones who take the most advantage of government programs.

My I821D got approved on 4/01 and my I765 got approved 5/02. I've read some people it takes just under 3 months to received the I765 after DACA approval.

Got my Bios done on my birthday 2/14, got Daca approved on April 1st, and my I765 just got approved yesterday. My app was sent to the Texas Service Center.
