congrats I hope mines gets here soon too.. im so anxious already my receipt also said to wait to weeks.but I have a feeling that it will get here within this week..

Hi guys I already received my work permit card n my I821 approval letter. But havent received my aproval letter for my work permit? Wondering how long it takes to receive the approve letter for work permit in the mail? And if I need to apply for my social security?

I was approved on July 12 2013 for Deffered action & July 11 for work authorization . My question is how long does it take to received your approval letters in the mail after being approved.?

Thank you guys . I check online today and both receipt numbers and they were approved ..buti still haven't received a txt MSG or a tracking number for my work permit. Do guys know how long it takes to receive a tracking# and also how long to received a txt message About being approved?

Man after waiting since September 26 2012. And then receiving and RFE on January. I finally got approved for deffered action today. And yesterday my work permit card went into production. Finally the wait is over.

congrats fresita 22. I have the almost the same time line ad you they received my app on September 26. I also got an rfe which I send back n they receive my respond on January 25th. Since then I've been waiting. I also contacted my congresswoman ..I have a feeling my approval is coming soon.. again congrats n wish you the best ib your future

Just got done faxing my submission request,to my state congressman in Denver. I have seen people do this on here n it help them with their app being approved after waiting a long time. So I hope this could help my app process,, been waiting since September 26th 2012, also received an RFE which was send back right away uscis received my RFE respond on January 25th 2013 past 60 days deadline and I'm still waiting... At least my congressman is a Democrat I hope she could help me or find outwhas going on with my app

@lalo 7285 Wow congrats man I been waiting since September 26th 2012. I did received an RFE which I send back right away. Uscis received my RFE respond on January 25th 2013 n still have yet to received a respond is past the 60 days for an RFE respond. And I already 6 months but every time I call they just tell me to wait to a certain , and I do wait then I call back over n over n they give me differents dates to wait ..but today I will call n try to file a service request hopefully that helps
