Unable to get a status update online cause 'My Case Could Not Be Found'. Anyone else having this problem? What if my packet is just sitting there and haven't been touched. What if it fell and got kicked under a desk. And that's the reason why my case isn't in the system yet. I just want to see intinal review or something... Not knowing my case status is so frustrating. Btw I am entering the correct receipt numbers. App sent Feb 28th 2013 Bios done on April 3rd 2013

How long after Biometerics does it take to see some kind of activity about your case status online. I did my bios about 1 week ago and today I decided to check my case but all i keep seeing is Your case was not found!

Tomorrow is my biometerics appointment. I was wondering if I can take my child with me, for those of you who had bios done where there any young children there. My daughter is 3 and I'm from NY.

How long after I get my I-797C do I have to wait to check my case status online. Its been over a week and when I check my status the website says No record of that case number on file.

Does the person have any medical records during that time period

I think that means that you were approved for deferred action. You should get another e mail soon confirming that you were approved for work. It should take a few days to get to you. Did you check your case status for your I-765. What does it say??

The same thing happened to me, decided to check yesterday and I was APPROVED!!

Omg I feel so bad for you guys I guess nobody will ever know why they are lacking on so much cases, as for me I had my bios on April 3rd and was approved on June 3rd... Don't worry keep the dream alive you will be approved soon

It is so crazy to me that there are people who have been waiting since sept oct nov dec wow i just don't understand why.. Don't worry you will all be approved soon!!!
