Its been a while since sent my application and I'm starting to get nervous as more and more time passes. I have been waiting since Nov 23rd, when i took my biometrics. Does anybody know why some people are getting approved a month after their biometrics while I'm approaching my 4th month without any information? I just wanted to update everyone and let them know that I have been approved. After a long 7 month wait, I received news that i was approved: first for the I-765 then a couple of hours later for I-821D. It happened out of no where. I just had to wait. Don't lose hope guys. So my sister applied 4 months after I did and she has been approved and has gotten her card and I'm still waiting. My sister's timeline: Received Date: 2/6/2013 Date of Biometrics: 3/8/2013 Date of EAD Approval: 4/1/2013 Date of EAD Received: 4/1/2013 I'm happy for her and I hope I get an answer soon.

Congrats I am very happy for you! it really does bring good hope for me that they will approve me soon. I've been waiting for a while now as well.
