Mine says the same "unknown" did you ever figure out if its a mistake or do they usually say that?

So after waiting for soo many months and receiving an RFE I was finally approved and will be receiving it on Saturday ,I applied in October and thought this day would never come. Just want to thank all of you for your help answering questions and best of luck to all of you still waiting , it will be your turn very soon.I know it's hard to be waiting , but just hang in there (:

Hey guys I was hoping someone could help me out?? So I got RFE need more evidence for 2008 And 2010 and I was going to send my college transcripts of the college I was attending at the time , but I was wondering if they have to be official ?? Or just print out unofficial ?

Today I finally received a letter saying to disregard the RFE that they are experiencing an error with their national online case status updates , the letter says it was sent Thursday march 21. On April 9 the status updated saying that April 9 an RFE was sent hope it's the same error

My application was received October 29 and I did biometrics November 11 and still waiting ): from California was sent to Arizona lockbox

Application received October 29 Biometrics November 11 Nothing yet , was told on February 12 that I would receive a notice requesting more evidence, did not receive anything , called and said to disregard that and that I would receive a notice by mail to disregard this , have not received anything yet ):

Hello everyone I was wondering if this is happening to anyone else , so I sent my application on October and was received oct 29 , I went to my biometrics November 11 around there , then didn't hear anything until February 12 saying I was sent a notice requesting evidence , never received it so I kept calling and they kept saying to wait 15 days and so on , now I called on Monday again and they told me to disregard this and that I will receive a notice apologizing on the system error but they said it was sent march 21 and still nothing so I don't know what to believe or do
