I am writing this email to want to show how broken and flawed deferred action is in accordance to evidence required to proof residing in the united states. USCIS seeks PLACES OF EMPLOYMENT AND LEASES, GAS, ELECTRICITY AND PHONE BILLS but we all know a non immigrant cannot acquire these things without a state or federal issued ID and or social security. I have actually resided here continuously without being arrested and earning my wages honestly through jobs to live but I am going to get denied because I have no evidence of continuously residing after I got out of high school as opposed to my friend who was in jail and actually got approved because he was acquitted on criminal charges which serendipitously is evidence that he resided in the US
