My case was denied last month and I recieved this email. There's still hope! Thank you JESUS!! The status of this service request is: We have received your request to review the denial of your Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Your form I-821D will be re-opened on Service motion and we will complete another review of your request based upon the information submitted at the time of original filing, including any previous responses to requests for evidence. Once our review is complete, you will receive notification of our determination. You may contact the National Customer Service Center if further notice of action is not received within four to six months of this email. If you have any further questions, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

On April 4, 2013, we mailed you a denial decision notice for this case I821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. The notice explains why the denial decision was made and the options that may be available to you. If you have not received this notice within 15 days of April 4, 2013, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. I can't stop crying.......I dont understand. :'(

Hey people! I have good news....so, as you know i got denied first time around. My case was re-opened in 'Service Motion' and today, I received notifications that both my I821D and the I765 were APPROVED!!! God truly works in mysterious ways....and patience is a virtue for sure. To everyone that's waiting or has been denied, do not lose hope!

After I was denied, I put in a service request and emailed USCIS...and i had an infopass appointment . Then thats when they email me back talkin bout re-opening my case.

They asked for proof of continuous residence within the U.S for five years and proof I was present on June 15, 2012. The only thing I couldn't get on point was my presence here on June 15, 2012.

No criminal history but I did get RFE'd. It might be that huh, insufficient evidence. Grrrr

Omg, thank you guys for your words. I truly believe I meet all the requirements for the DACA program. No, I dont have a criminal history, not even a speeding ticket. I have my HS diploma and I was brought to the U.S when I was one year of age. I dont know if maybe I didnt provide enough of the evidence they needed or something along those lines. Other than that, I dont get it at all. I guess I just have to wait (once again) for that letter. *sigh :/

@Gino10...I called and tried making a service request but they said they weren't able to because the processing times for the DACA applications have dramatically delayed because of the numerous applications being sent in. GRRR!!! It's been more than 150 days now...lol

Today marked the 6 month period. My application was accepted on October 10th of 2012. Thank God I found this forum, I thought I was the only one waiting forever. I'm getting impatient.
