you dont have any bills under your name or bank statements. the thing you want to do is at least try and prove that you were here every month after 2009. when i was gathering all my evidence, i wrote to churches trying to find my baptism certificate. i mailed copies of the letter i got back from those churches along with copies of the envelopes.

it doesnt have to be exactly on the 15th. it can be a few days before or a few days after the 15th. and as for the pictures. you need to send 2 passport photos along with you applications. you can have them done at walgreens or rite-aid

so did you did your I-94 after you entered the US?? i wouldnt leave it blank because your initial entry date is different then the last time you entered the US. and if the last time you entered the US, you had an I-94 then you were allowed to enter legally. also when did you're I-94 expire?

it could have been done when you applied for your SSN or maybe when you applied for your state ID/DL. i know my brother--who is a citizen--got something like that when he turned 18. i think 26 is the cut off, as in you can still be 25 and have to register but not 26. you should go online and check the registration. maybe?? see what it says. http://www.sss.gov/default.htm

2000 would be the right answer because it is when you first come to the US. Initial entry. when it ask if you have left the country since 2005 then you would use any dates stamped in your passport.

no. i picked a car that was under 13,500 and had a big down payment in order to keep my monthly payments small. there are a lot of first time buyer incentives out there but if you go for a big car then you will get in trouble if you can not keep up on your payments. not only with the loan company but also with your credit.

i've never heard of DHS taking one's passport before. what did you go there for? do you have a receipt or confirmation letter or anything like that? i would call the DHS and ask what needs to be done in order to 1.) determine where your passport is and 2.) what needs to be done in order to get it back. that's all i can think of

like getting a job and being a productive member of society isnt enough to prove that we've done something with the 2 yrs that they have given us. i do get your point, though. however, i think that the requirements will be much the same as the are now.

like RR said, some states require that you provide your parents DL numbers and also some states have special applications for non-citizens who have legal presence like KY does.

it is a state verison of it but other then getting money for school there is not much you can do without being approved for DACA and having your EAD.

i live in CA and here's my experience: after i went to the SSA office, i went online and made an appt at the DMV for 2 weeks later. on my appt date, i went to the DMV and has my SSN, my EAD, also i took my passport and birth certificate just in case. while waiting for my number to be called, i filled out the application for my ID and permit. i then took my permit test, only missed 1 question. had my picture taken, did a little eye exam (i have to wear my glasses while i'm driving, my DL says so )and after about an hr or so, i had my permit and the receipt for my ID. a week later, i took my driving test and passed. but seeing how you live in a different state, i would look at what your DMV requires for someone to get a DL. especially if you're under 18. there could be a different form because you're under 18 or because you're not a citizen.
