how can you prove that you entered the u.s. without inspection before June 15, 2012?
pswa83 replied to Nuvi's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
without inspection means that you entered the US without a visa. so if you and/or your family crossed the border and did not have legal paperwork to do so, then you have entered the US without inspection. -
First thing you will do after deferred action?
pswa83 replied to Admin's topic in General Discussions
when i get my EAD card, the first thing i'm doing is going to the DMV and taking my written test then wait a week and get my license. hopefully by then i'll be done with school and be able to apply for a job at the same hospital my mom works at. that's a great job with benefits then once settled in the boyfriend's new house, i'll start helping my mom fix up her house.- 27 replies

i read this and think it might be useful . I too have looked at the I-765 form and was thinking about what category we, DACA applicants, would fit in. reading this made since because from the looks of what DACA would give us, we would not fit into any of the categories that the I-765 has of right now. here is the link http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=73ddd59cb7a5d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD this states that DACA applicants will NOT be able to use the exisiting I-765 form as it is. look for the blue section that is titled Deferred Action. we will have to wait until the 15th to know the EAD form will look like as it will be catered to those filing for DACA. hope it helps happy reading

will my tatoo affect me applying for dream act ?
pswa83 replied to hunninutz's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
if tattoos are grounds for dismissal, then I am in TROUBLE!!! lol -

Catholic Diocese Non Profit Organization Meeting in TX
pswa83 replied to itzel's topic in Dream Lounge
right. i'm going to file on my own too. i dont think the forms are going to be too hard to understand. i'm thinking if the youngest you can be is 15, they have to make the form simple enough for everyone to understand. doing it myself, will save me at least $200 as well. -

true that DACA only gives us 2 yrs but it is RENEWABLE*. which means about a 3 to 6 months before your DACA and EAD expire you just apply again. -
Notarized/translated Birth Certificate?
pswa83 replied to itzel's topic in Dream Act Questions & Answers
$34!!!! please share, if it's online. that would save me a trip to the consulate..lol -
Rodrigovela17, that is why you will submit both form at the same time. Once your DACA app is approved you EAD app will be approved as well. Once, you have your EAD card, you can take it so the SSA office and apply for a SSN.
