So I finally got accepted from a few months wait, its my second application. Now this is the status currently Does anyone know how long it usually takes for this process?

I sent a new application in with money gram money order and it was delivered to lockbox yesterday at noon. How long do you anticipate it would take for a receipt number.

With new applications will they be forwarded to Nebraska or stay in Vermont?

Yesterday after waiting since September I received my Denial notice. I have yet to receive the physical mail. I have been attending school in the United States since 3rd Grade I left twice and returned from 5th grade to 12th grade. Due to circumstances with my family I had to drop out and attain a GED. I am not currently in school. I am curious about my denial if there was indeed a mistake or is there something I may be missing. I have no criminal record (that I know of). Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Also is it possible to appeal the decision or would reapplying be an option? would the outcome be the same? Thanks

hey i dont know if this made a difference but i filed a change of address and after i received confirmation letters I was approved same day. I applied 2 months prior.

Denied for not enough evidence after RFE. I just received a letter today for 821D but no card yet!

My first application was denied but i applied with same exact evidence and got approved, So I should receive mine around today to wed?

Thank you guys for the help, the problem is i do not pay my own bills or anything of that sort as I am 18 years and i came here when i was 9 so there isnt much to show I really need some help with finding evidence

I am going to apply again, is there any guidelines on evidence to send in this time? for an easier application for my favor

I sent more transcripts, a letter from doctor stating i have been coming to him since 2004 to the date also a dental record of xrays for 2009

Well i sent atleast one file for each year and they acknowledged my i94 and many other documents including school documents and others. This should of been more than sufficient (They acknowledged these things in my ref) which means the officer may of been just a hard ass. But i spoke with uscis they said to fax a letter to the branch and I did and i called and they're saying i cannot make contact with the director who signed off on the case so im not sure if im going anywhere with this.

All evidence was presented I met every single requirement. there must be some kind of error in this.

Posting the letter publicly would be an issue, I am writing a letter to the person who denied me, Mark Hazuda. Would there be some hope in getting my approval or would my only chance be re-appling?

Letter received claimed that I have no shown enough evidence to established I continuously resided in the US from 2007. But I have sent i94 transcripts doctors letter microsoft examinations dental records Many more items I have sent in. I am not sure why they would deny me. Any ideas? can I appeal this? must be a mistake.

Any reason for abundance in denial rating?

Do you think that the seals are what were missing? would I have to re apply or simple appeal upon receiving?

I received request for information and in return i sent transcript print out, doctor letter also a dental record. A month later I received the denial.
