I had one of the same like your husband and I got another ticket days before my biometric for not listening to the cop and I had a won DUI. I got and rfe to show that I won the DUI and 4 days later today I got approve so don't worry.

I needed to send proof that I won a DUI.

Mine was also send to Texas and I did my bios on march 22, and on April 16 I got a rfe so I think they are moving fast now I am just waiting to heard if I am approve/ deny

I send a rfe on Monday to the same adress as you. I paid $20 for next mail delivery and it didn't arrive on Tuesday it arrive weds day at 5am. The same day on Wednesday at 9pm I got a text and email that they had reserved my rfe.

It depends. I got my receipt number in 1 week and 3 days.

Yes after you send the rfe it's starts all over again. That is what my letter says. I send my rfe back 2 days ago. Now I jut have to wait. Hopefully I hear soon.
