    No you cannot file for unemplyment since you are a non-resident alien. Only US citizens and permanent residents can file. And you would have to show proof of the previous jobs you had in the last 18 months.

    That is not true you need your social security number to get a license unless they are granting drivers licenses to undocumented people for example in Illinois but that will be until November I believe. As for Florida that is a lie because to get a drivers license you need a social security number, if you don't have one you need other types of legal proof.
