You could probably do it and email it to her and take a copy of the assignment on thursday and just ask the instructor how they prefer you turn in assignment that what I would do! Best of luck to you is this your first semester in college?
One thing I did was that I utilized my time wisely and made sure I submitted high quality assignments...remember, in college, it is not quantity but quality (unless specified by prof)...take your time and make sure you are thorough in your assignments...my two cents
