I finally got approved today!! Well yesterday I got approved for the I-765 and today for the I-821D.

Hi I am new to this I just wanted to tell my situation and maybe get some advise from people. Well I applied for DACA in October and had my biometrics on Nov. But the thing is that I got help from an organization here in VA of volunteer attorneys and when I first went to get my whole package ready to send to USCIS they told me that I didn't have enough proof of being here during one year. So It took me like one month to gather all the proof I had but during that month I moved so when I went back to the place where I filed all my things I told them I moved and I gave them my new a dress, but when I got my receipt for the forms I filed the I-765 receipt went to my old address and the I-821D recipt came to my new address. And my biometrics appointment came to my old address and when my case was transferred to Nebraska they sent one notice to my old address and one to my new address. I'm wondering if that's going to complicate my case? What should I do? Luckily my aunt moved to my old house so if something comes then she let's me know? I don't want to do the address change because they already have my new address. I'm worried because my friend who filed it at the same place like 2 weeks after I did already got approved. My timeline: Application sent: oct 3rd to Vermont service center Application accepted: oct 9th Biometrics: November 5th Case transferred to Nebraska: Feb. 9th Still in initial review for both I-765 and I-821D

I got the same thing and I was approved so you are most likely approved congrats!

You can get a green card marrying a us citizen with DACA even if u entered without inspection....what u have to do is get married first here, then apply for advanced parole, go to ur country and when u come back u enter the country with inspection, then u apply for a green card...it works I've read in another forum that this girl left to Mexico and came with advanced parole and she is now gonna get her her green card ...I suggest u go and talk to an attorney first though.

For me it has changed a lot since I got approved in May. I got my EAD and my approved letters the same day, I got my Ssn and a job a week after. Got my permit and just passed my DL behind the wheel test, so I now have my DL. The only thing that hasn't changed though is going to school I'm not able to pay in state tuition here in VA or get any federal help so I most likely wont be going to school this semester unless I find some scholarships for daca students which I have been looking for and if any of u guys know of any scholarships please let me know. This has truly changed my life I no longer have to be afraid to drive or to be out late.

It most likely means u got approved just wait until tomorrow and check it again, that happens to slot of ppl right before they get approved.

It most likely means u got approved it said that to me for my I-765 and it went to card production after a couple of hours and I got approved for the I--821d the next day. It does that to mostly everyone, my friend had the same thing.

Well I started at the Vermont service center but they transferred my case to Nebraska on february 9th and today may 9th I got accepted. So for me they took exactly 3 months. Timeline App sent: oct. 3 App received and accepted: oct 9 Biometrics: nov 5th Case transferred to speed up process: Feb 9 to Nebraska service center Approved for work permit: may 8 Approved for I-821d: may 9 EAD received: pending I-821D approval notice: pending Hope this helped.
