SO my life after DACA has been amazing! I have my drivers license, I pay instate tuition I'm soon to move to my own apartment I have job offers, I'm grateful that i was chosen to do modeling for Wilhelminia! if you dont know who they are google them and you'll see I will get to do alot of awesome things while just having fun at it ! but besides the modeling I have a steady job as an event coordinator here in Miami, coordinating events for 3 restaurants I travel like there is no tomorrow lol I fly alot, man I'm just beyond bless , wohoo thank you God and thank you DACA AND TO THOSE STILL WAITING TO BE APPROVED DONT WORRY YOU WILL GET IT, JUST BE PATIENT I WAITED FOR MY PERMIT FOR ALMOST ONE YEAR, I WAITED 10 MONTHS AND IT WAS WORTH IT, SO JUST SIT BACK RELAX AND WAIT FOR GREATNESS TO COME!!!

OMG I JUST CHECKED AND I GOT APPROVED, THE JOY, THE TEARS EVERYTHING IS JUST RUNNING THROUGH MY MIND ALL THESE FEELINGS ,IS JUST BEYOND AMAZING, I WAITED FOR SO LONG AND IT WAS SO WORTH IT, THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE FOR THEIR SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT!!! THANK YOU GOD!! Time line : Nebraska Center application received October 10,2012 Bios November 13,2012 transfered from Vermont to Nebraska on March 11/13 approved!!! August 16, 2013!!!

does it help if i email my service center? i'm about to hit the 10th month of waiting and i wanted to know if sending an email would help? bc i hear alot of cases that has.

8 months of waiting, isnt that GREATTT! ...is like they CARE so much and take their job so serious that they take their sweet ass time, for this BS of time, ha!! gotta love our goverment ;D

hey whats up Guys! man, Am i Glad i found this website or what! is great to talk and intereact with people that are going through the same like me. well My name is cesar, i'm from lima Peru. I migrated to the US when i was just 11 with my family , well actually my dad moved to the US first and then me, my mom and my brother did.. even tho me and my brother had no choice but to stay bc we did not want to stay in the US , bc we were having a decent living in Peru but we just stayed because of our parents. I lived in woodbridge , Virginia i went to middle school there and i also graduated from woodbridge high school with a 3.0 gpa . but it was during my high school years that i started to really pay attention to the fact that i didnt have a social secuirty and that i was not legal, I couldnt drive or work etc. so when i apply for college , i was not eligable for universities 1) it was too expensive if i wasnt a resident or citizen 2) couldnt apply for financial aid 3) the application asked for ssn....so what i did i went to community college , it was still expensive but not as much as the other universities, i ended up transfering colleges and now I live in miami florida, happy with this city, and the people and hoping soon to be approved for my work permit to be able to work, get a car and have a better living because this city is amazing and full of opportunities! btw I'm now 22 yrs old, i like music, i play the guitar , i compose music too, i like to surf and hit the beach with my friends..also going to the movies and like to breakdance whenever i can, i have also gotten the opportunity to meet alot of wonderful and great people like the senators from florida and virginia, congress woman (we became friends:) , i have met alot of tv celebraties and hollywood celebratis living here in miami is such a great living over here, Sol.Playa y arena . so i'm just wondering if i got my transferred noticed on March 11, telling me that my application was transferred from Vermont center to Nebraska center to speed up the process but i havent heard nothing from them up to this date , my case shows that it is still under "initial review" ... why is taking? or whats happenning if its suppose to be faster now ?

i'm going on my 7th month of wait on may 10th, its too long..i'm getting lot of job offers but all i can do is seen them pass right in front of me and there's nothing i can do but wait =[ I'm an October application and i did my Bio on November 13th and since then i'm still waiting and waiting that little blue bubble has not moved ever since then, it is still on initial review! they told me that everything was good last time i called, and i have received all the receipts and letters from them for the previous steps, i'm just stuck on the "initial review" for 7 months now -.- anyone has anything to say that can help me out please ?

I got approved on friday and mine was like that too but after 2 days or 3 i think they updated my I821D to cardocument in production so just give it like 2 or 3 days ! congrats aain!! and i see they are approving alot of October applicants from last year so i'm happy that others from our month are getting approved already!

so frustrating that i dont know what to think nomore, iam tryng to live a normal life but is just hard to concentrate//specially when YOU HAVE NO F*** IDEA ON WHY THOSE FXCKRS are delaying our cases and we submitted them waaaaaaaaaaay before anyone that submited this year.. Fckd up system we have.
