I need proof of 3 year period. 2009, 2010, 2011.
My problem is that i used my brothers ID and his bank account for almost 5 years after high school. All of my transaction and foot history was in his name. My lawyer said we cannot use this information because then it would be identity theft.
My only options is my Facebook and internet history. I have a FB account but do not have any posting history in 2009, 2010 or 2011 but i do have pictures of my friends on other accounts that they took of me.
Here is my question:
1) How can i use these pictures of me on my friends account as evidence? Do i just print a screen shot of the picture page with the dates at the corner?
2) I have been invited to events like my friends bday and we have tons of pitcures together in year 2009. The pic itself has dates on the corner of it but how do i prove that the party was in the united states? can i just have my friend sign some sort of document that i was in his party during this specific time period?
3) Does immigration take videos as evidence? I have videos of me in the US like my brothers bday, friends b-day and weddings during 2009, 2010. If they do not take videos as evidence... how can i use this videos to help me with my case?
Few of my goals: (let me know if this would help) *PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, give me some advice's or any ideas
1) I have been constantly going to the gym but my gym membership is in my brothers name since i use his bank account and his identification. I was thinking having a few of my regular gym friends as witness sign a paper work that i was present at this gym during this three year period etc?
2) I locally go to church... may i have our pastor or few or our leaders also sign some sort of documents that i was present every Sunday during this specific period?
3) Me and my EX GF dated for about 1 year around 2009-2010. We have pictures being together? etc. Can i have her sign something that she is a witness and maybe include the photos we have as proof?
4) I have a barber that has been cutting my hair since i was 18... maybe i can also have him sign as a witness that i was here during those time period?
5) Can i go around my community? or maybe my past employers that hired me under the table to maybe sign as a witness?
Im basically just brain storming because its very hard for me to have evidence those years. All my income was cash so i had no checks written to my name... Please any ideas would help.. i really need help.
