  1. I showed the work authorization ID it's just way easier to do it that way, no questions are asked. Tell him not to freak out he is hereegly there is nothing they could do to him on. A checkpoint as long as there is nothing illegal in your car
  2. They just looked at my ID & made sure it was me. That was pretty much it, it was easy.

  7. . You need to go to the social security office the same thing happened to me the very first time I applied for it I didn't receive it bc I wasn't under the apartments lease so I had it send to my moms house. After that I got it in five days.

  10. It took me five days to get my SS & yes I have but I needed one more proof of reaidency

I went the two days after I received my EAD card to obtain my SS The Texas drivers license & ID idk what last names they use I just know That the Texas ID has RED BIG LETTER ACROSS IT that says TEMPORARY IDENTIFICATION, Which I'm glad we can obtain but kinda Sad because it still makes you feel illegal.

  20. I live in Texas and go to school here. Would I be in trouble if I got my DL or ID in another state?

      if your parents live in another state and you are in texas for school purposes, then i do not see why not. but getting a DL in TX seems pretty easy so i would try doing it there first. also remember that it is illegal to hvae 2 DLs. either from the same state or different states.
