Thanks Rica1993, no offense taken I know its hard to wait but what else can you do and I know seeing ppl who applied after u getting approved would make me mad too but all I can say is let god handle your situation! Didnt mean to offend anyone by noting that most ppl this year are getting approved 2 months after thier biometrics, good luck to everyone still waiting!!

Congrats! That was a long wait, but its finally here!

Most people who applied in 2013 are being approved within 3 months from what I have seen... I applied in April, did biometrics on may 13th and got approved July 11th.... have patience.

Well first you have to make sure your congressman/woman isnt against the daca program or it will be a waste of time, if they are for it contact them and tell them your situation and how your have been waiting 8 months! They should be able to help you and possibly speed up the process... Good luck!!

You dont have a choice its mandatory, once u hit 26 you no longer have to worry about being drafted. They mostly do this with college students who get some kind of assistance, I signe mine 4 years ago im now 26... Its highly unlikely there will ever be a draft unless recruiting numbers go down drastically! So dont worry about it, sign it and send it back!

It doesnt matter if it is expired, they just want to make sure you are who you say you are, the school id will work too.

I sent my app on march 30th they recieved it at the Nebraska SC on april 1st, did bios on may 13th I sent all my school records from kinder-high school A copy of my high school diploma, some college reciepts, School awards, presidential volunteer award from the White House, 6 years of paystubs, and a couple of income tax returns! From what ive heard they will not deny you just because your working with a fake social, because if that were the case the majority of us would not qualify, so its better to tell the truth! On the app when it ask for any socials u have used, its asking for either a social that was issued to you or a real social that you knowingly knew was real! The supreme court does not consider using a fake social a felony, look it up!

I sent my app on march 30th Recieved at Neb ser center april 1 Got my biometricts appointment letter around april 25th Biometrics appointment on May 13th It takes them 3 to 4 weeks after u recieve your reciept to get your biometrics appointment, give it a few more days...

So correct me if im wrong, theres a chance I could get approved before some of the people who applied before I did, according to the statistics?

So a quick question in the month of april are those the numbers of applications recieved in april and the number of how many of those april applicants were approved/denied????

Thanks, i've heard different things some people said they included them and got approved. Well whats sent is sent hopefully it doesnt cause any problems for my approval. I know I still have awhile to wait. They recieved my app on April 1, got my bios done on May 13, so who knows what the wait period will be, Ive heard some say longer than 3 months, hoping the Nebraska Service Center is faster than the others.
