  1. I just got approved last week, and I had a PODP. I didn't have it expunged yet, just deferred ajudication.
  2. Hey, my case was updated on July 15th, saying that I should be receiving an RFE in the mail. Well its been a month and I still havnt recieved the letter telling me what to send them. Anyone else that received an Rfe, how long did it take for the letter to come in?
  3. I received a notice via e-mail of an RFE on July 15th, and it still hasn't came in the mail. How long does it take?
  4. I'm right there with ya. I did a service request couple weeks ago, and they said they are pending my decision due to a security check they still havn't received. I don't know what that means but nothing more I can do but wait.
  5. Dear fellow dreamers, I am so worried about my status and I don't know if I have much more hope left. I will explain my situation shortly: I am a college student and I want to go to med school, but I need a government ID or else I cannot pursue my dream. I was with the wrong people at the wrong time and I got a ticket for possession of drug paraphernalia (NOT arrested) for having "rolling papers" on me in August 2012. I got the ticket deferred using a lawyer. I applied for DACA on October 19th & did my biometrics in Nov. and I havn't heard anything since. It's been about 9 months now, and I placed my service request 2 weeks ago. I still havn't heard anything from the service request. I am starting to think that this ticket has caused to me to be denied and I am losing hope since I don't know what I will do with my life if I don't get approved. Thanks for listening and congrats to everyone that got approved, I don't know what to do
  6. It's about to be 9 months for me also man. I'm so stressed out. I did my service request 10 days ago and I have 5 days left on my waiting period, hopefully we can get some word. Good luck bro
  7. I just sent in my E-Request today. Does anyone know about how long they take this E-Request seriously? I know they have to review it in 15 days, and if I don't hear anything in 30 days then I call back again. But it has been WAY too long and I'm growing impatient
  8. Oh man thank you guys so much for these answers! I hope everyone is successful in this process. I will keep updating this as I receive more information
  9. First, thank you for taking the time to view this topic and reading about my story. I used a lawyer and my file was received on october 19th 2012 (Nebraska). I had my biometrics done on November 14th 2012. It is now June first and I still have not heard anything, and my application has been stuck under initial review. However, I would like to say I received a ticket (not arrested) for possession of drug paraphernalia in August and I am going to get it deferred completely this month since it was not my fault at all. This ticket is a misdemeanor class C (lowest) and it falls under the category of a speeding ticket. I am worried this may cause me to be denied but I have a 3.75 GPA in college as a chemistry major and I plan on going to medical school to pursue my dreams of becoming a physician. HOWEVER I need an ID so I can take the MCAT (medical college acceptance test.) If I cannot take this test then my dreams are shattered. I am just asking if anyone knows someone that has been denied and why? OR if anyone has had a similar ticket/misdemeanor that is holding them back but got accepted. Any information would help. Thank you so much for reading this and I cannot thank the moderators and people that support on this forum!
