It's adviced that you reapply 6 month prior to your expiration date. It will be the same process that you did the 1st time. Unless the goverment decides that they wanna cut funding to the program and end it.

Hard to say. When you say stolen, do you mean it was REAL social that belongs to a REAL person? or one you made up and it doesn't belong to any one? This is something a lawyer could advice you, and if you submit this info you could be investigated for fraud.

just a thought... did you way 3 weeks? or 3 BUSINESS weeks. Business days are longer so I would wait that long before you call again

Yes after unresponded inquiries I got approved.

When did you email Nebraska? In order to get a response you gotta 1st file an Inquiry request via online or on the phone. Wait 30 BUSINESS days if they don't respond to that THEN you can email the Nebraska office. I did a service inquiry and never got a reply so I emailed the Nebraska office and 2 weeks later I got approved. Also what did you include in your email? Mine said that in Feb and it never changed from initial review, even after the 45 days. My advice would be to wait the 45 days then make the service request. And then if you don't hear anything I'll be glad to help you out. I waited 9 months and finally I heard something.

What day exactly did you send it? I sent mine Jul 17 and I didn't expect to hear anything until Aug 28 Honestly the best way to go about things is to get a written response, bcuz in my experience they will tell you anything to get you off the phone. For example they told my lawyer that my case was being delayed bcuz I was being investigated for fraud. And I never got anything in the mail stating that. Also from the looks of you signature, you submitted your case in January and the aproximate wait time is 6 months. So you just hit 6 months a little less then 2 weeks ago. So my advice to you would be (as hard as it is) to wait at least until Aug 7th. Then I would call uscis and make an inquiry request and then it's a process from there but I'll be glad to guide you along the way. Bcuz while your case is a few days out of the processing time period, some of us waited 9, 10, and even 11 months.

I heard that thru a new law obama passed you wouldn't specially since you came here already with a visa. My friend and her hubby got married and she fixed his papers for him, he also arrived here with a visa and never left. And within 3 months he got his papers and didn't have to leave.

Yea I wouldn't of quit until I got my permit but I got laid off and they didn't ask me to fill an I-9 but now at the places I've been applying they've asked me to fill one out

My lawyer told me in the beginning that if I got approved for DACA that I could file for a special waiver to leave the country and come back and THEN file thru marriage. But if you go down that road PLEASE get a good lawyer so the goverment don't try to fuck you
