Yea it's just a misdermeanor. Good thing she has a lawyer in case they try to dick her around but she should be good. My sister has theft on her record too and she already got her stuff!

I filed around the same time as you and stuff is still in the same process as you. I'm worried bcuz they said my case is under fraud investigation. Which I find ridicuolus since I was truthful about everything.
