No ofense but it's easy for you to say have patience when some of us applied wayyyyyy long before you and we're still in intial review. Although I'm super happy for the ones who have recieved good news, it's a stressful time for some of us. It's like we waited for so long to come to this oppurtinity and it's almost like they're torturing us.

I feel the same way with my lawyer. SMH it's like we're asking them to be behind us for free. Let me know tho if you do go thru with your liasion thing

I filed a service request a month ago. My lawyer isn't back in his office until next monday, which is when I will file another service request. I feel all that stuff you did, your lawyer should be doing. AILA Liaison collects case reports from members in an effort to identify and track emerging trends and issues from the field. That's what I found online and basically you can't do it by yourself, you'd have to go through an AILA member (i.e. an immigration attorney). You might wanna go this route but that's something to discuss with your lawyer you know. Bcuz it's an extra charge to do this.

I'm there with you guys Im pushing my lawyer to do something but this is all he says: "we have to wait for the government to tell us what the issue is - that information will come in writing. The inquiry you filed should receive a written response. When you receive it, please forward it to us. There are further steps to consider including a liaison inquiry and/or congressional inquiry, but we need to take things one step at a time. You should get a response to your inquiry - it may or may not be informative. Also, our fees do not include dealing with this kind if contingency so additional steps will involve additional fees. I do not recommend taking any additional steps for now. If you do not have a written response within the next two weeks, we can discuss other steps. If you do not want to wait, we can discuss fees for additional steps. Idk what to think anymore *sigh*

Waiting since oct and my lawyer claims that the told him my case was transfered to the fraud department. But I haven't lied about anything. I think the reps were bullshiting him bcuz I haven't recieved anything in writting.
