Thanks you guys for the recommendations. I guess I should of read them first before opening the account with Wells Fargo..lol. I am going to be getting direct deposits of my paychecks to the account. So hopefully they don't start coming out charging with high fees. If I don't like it , then I guess I will just change banks. I hope its not a big deal changing banks if one day I decide to do it. Reading your story just brought me back so many flashbacks of my childhood. Feeling left out and more when every single member of my family had legal status except me. Yes, they would always try to encourage me in some when or another so I wouldnt feel left out. But nothing could console the emptiness I had inside.. Until now!!.. Thank God we received this great opportunity that even though we are not granted any kind of legal status we can work legally , drive legally do everything legally. And I REALLY REALLY know that pretty soon you will finally be approved and will be able to live your life to the fullest... VERY GOOD LUCK TO YOU !!

Do you have any utility bills under your name?... If you do but you dnt have the actual copies of the bills you can go to the website of whatever company you have create an account and I'm pretty sure you are going to be able to view your past payment history for a couple years back. Don't give up. Keep thinking of anything, I mean anything that you can show as evidence for your case. Good Luck!

In your timeline it says that your application was accepted Jan.2 ,2103. So that would mean that you've been waiting for 8 months not 11 months.. right? or am I wrong?.. Just hang in there I am pretty sure your approval should be coming anytime soon.

Oh wow already past a year !?.. thats totally not fair and more when you know you have everything to qualify. And youve basically done everything in your hands to try to get an answer to your case. I waited 9 months and I was so frustrated and a point depressed but I never lost hope. Hang in there , I know its hard but you have not been denied so theres is still the probability you will pretty soon get approved. Good Luck and I really hope that you get APPROVED soon.

I am currently in the same situation. For the last year Ive been working as a nanny and I get paid really good money. The babies mom whom is a doctor already knows that I received my work permit already and she already asked me if I want to keep working with them so they can go ahead and add them in their payroll. Im really thankful that I actually had this job while I was going through my daca process and was able to pay for all the fees. I enjoy being a nanny, but its really not my thing. I would love to go back to working as a medical assistant. Now I have this difficult decision to take. Either keep being a nanny where I get paid really good money or let the doctor know that I am planning on quitting and finding a job as a medical assistant. Good Luck to me.

I dnt think so... Your ssn is going to be one of the primary things they ask for when getting a dl.

My receipt number started like this : WAC##########. Double check you are entering the actual receipt # and not another number.

Omg I know at least they didnt loose it and I am able to track it on the usps website. This is the last update on destination of my card: Depart USPS Sort Facility August 23, 2013 LOS ANGELES, CA 90052 Scheduled Delivery Day: August 23, 2013 Scheduled delivery today !.. lets see hopefully they can do their job right this time and make get to me today!!..

Just like Chris says.. Once the usps picks up your card you will get an email from uscis letting you know that usps has picked up your card and thats when you will get your tracking number.

I seriously hate it !!.. How can they misroute such an important document!?... How come they didnt misroute one of my bills ..lol.. Why did it have to be my work permit card!?.. Well hopefully I get it soon , as long as I am able to track it and know where its at I feel a bit calm.

I actually payed off what I owed to the store. But I was just wondering if that bad credit history was going to show up once I got assigned my ssn. And about my itin# , I only used it back in 2001 to enroll in college. I never used it for tax purposes. So do you still think I have to rescind even though I havent used it in so long??.. and thanks for answering my question.

Yeayy!!.. congrats...!!.. And well I received my I821D approval 11 hrs after I had received my I765 approval update. So I am pretty sure that your approval for your I821D should be coming any time soon.. and again CONGRATTSS!!.

Just to make it more clear when I applied for that credit I did not have to show my itin # , a paystub or any kind of proof of address. All I showed was my mexican id and I told them that I worked as a nanny.

I waited almost 4 months (April 22 -Aug.14). But I eventually after so long I got approved so just have faith and you are going to see that your approval is close in the making.

I know how frustrating and stressfull it is to be waiting for such a long time , but hang in there and dnt loose your faith. And most of all dnt think negative. Pretty soon you are getting approved and we will be here waiting to share that great moment of happiness with you.
