Its one of the greatest feelings ever !!.. and remember I told you , they were not going to make us wait this long only to deny us. And about staring at the email I can tell you that since I received my approval ( Aug.14) I go back to my email and read it again and again and again. And I hope the approvals keep coming and from what I am seeing August is the month for all of us who have been waiting for a really long time.

Yeay!!!...Congrats!!...you did it !!.. and dont worry the same thing happend to me , first I received my I-765 approval and later that day I received my I-821D approval email. Congrats once more!!

I received my daca approval yesterday Aug.14 @ 8pm. Super Happy and Excited!!.. Praying for all of you guys out there that are still waiting for an answer. Hang in there I personally can tell you its hard to keep waiting, but all this wait is going to be worth it.

Please don't give up!.. Im in the same situation as you are. I've been waiting since Nov. 8 . As long as we don't receive any notice letting us know we have been denied we can keep our hopes up. Let's jst pray we get answers soon. Good Luck to us !

It jst sounds like your lawyer did a mistake when filling out your application. But thats what it is only a mistake , so jst let your lawyer make the corrections necessery and send proofs to show you dont have any criminal background. Hopefully this doesnt delay your case more. Good Luck and lets not loose faith!.

@nestorsolis19 we are in the same boat here. They received my application back in November I received an rfe in March they received my response to the rfe April 22. My 60 days went by already so my lawyer went ahead and called and made an inquiry on my case. We are suppose to hear back from them in 15 business days . So right now I am jst counting those days one by one. I say you call as soon as your 60 days go by. Hopefully they at least let us know that they are working on our case and that its just not sitting there forgotten. Good Luck!

Did they give you an exact reason for getting denied?

Seriously why did it take them so long to send u the rfe!!.. that just unacceptable. They are the ones doing the background checks, if something came up in your record they should of just told you. That way you could of just clarified it , like stonelac told you maybe your name matched somebody with a bad record. So frustrating!... Well , at least you got an rfe and now you know that they are working on your case. Now just try to send in the evidence they are asking you for and hopefully WE get approved soon.

I also submitted my forms in Nov.2012 and received my receipt less than two weeks later and did my biometrics in Dec.2012. Thats kind of odd that you havent received anything at all. I say you call uscis to make sure they actually did receive your application. Theres alot of us that have been waiting a long time like you , but I would say we all have received our letter letting us know that our case is being processed and have done our biometrics. @ stolenlacs well actually my lawyers office called without me asking them. I was also glad the lawyer stepped up and actually cared about my case. Hopefully that inquiry brings me some answers SOON .

Thanks Everyone!... Sharing what I am going through with my daca case make me release some stress. Seeing that theres some of you guys that have been waiting longer than I have and that don't loose hope gives me the strength to keep my heads up. Hey I mean if they would wanted to deny us I would say they would of done it right away. So let's keep our heads up and think that all were going through is a longer wait. Nothing else!
