I was arrested for a felony going on seven yrs now. I was not however, convicted of it. Is there anyone out there that's in the same situation? Also I'm not sure how to go about filling in section 7 of the form anyone have an answer?

@evilmonkey how did you go about filling in section 7? im pretty confused and dont want to screw anything up when it comes to filing
