Photo By Charles Dharapak/AP House Speaker John Boehner of Ohio, accompanied by House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Rep. Fred Upton, R-Mich., which has responsibility over matters relating to healthcare, speaks about President Obama's health care law after Republican lawmakers met at the Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington, Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013. Upton has proposed a bill that would allow insurers to keep selling insurance that doesn't offer the type of benefits required by Obama's health care law. READ MORE: http://www.mysanantonio.com/news/politics/article/Boehner-No-formal-talks-on-immigration-bill-4980264.php WASHINGTON (AP) — Speaker John Boehner said Wednesday that the House will not hold formal, compromise talks on the Senate-passed comprehensive immigration bill, a fresh signal from the Republican leadership that the issue is dead for the year. Boehner, R-Ohio, insisted that the House is focused on a piecemeal approach. But he declined to say whether lawmakers will consider any legislation this year or whether the issue will slip to 2014, when the politics of congressional elections further diminish chances of action. The No. 3 House Republican, Rep. Kevin McCarthy of California, had told immigration advocates last week that the House won't vote this year. "The idea that we're going to take up a 1,300-page bill that no one had ever read, which is what the Senate did, is not going to happen in the House and frankly I'll make clear we have no intention of ever going to conference on the Senate bill," Boehner told reporters at a Capitol Hill news conference.

just hang in there man.. i know it's easier said than done but I was completely cynical half way into my 9 month wait. Surround your self with more positives around you than negatives and pray it will all be over sooner than later

Not sure on that. I'd call them honestly and find out if I were you. You need the logs for a reason and the RFE is your document of evidence to a legal matter. There are immigration attorneys out there too that provide free consultation.

I think he'll be fine. You say he came back in 7th grade and stayed. I doubt he was age 16 yet. As long as he came to the USA before reaching his 16th birthday, he'll satisfy that requirement. Here are the other requirements by USCIS: GuidelinesYou may request consideration of deferred action for childhood arrivals if you: Were under the age of 31 as of June 15, 2012; Came to the United States before reaching your 16th birthday; Have continuously resided in the United States since June 15, 2007, up to the present time; Were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012, and at the time of making your request for consideration of deferred action with USCIS; Entered without inspection before June 15, 2012, or your lawful immigration status expired as of June 15, 2012; Are currently in school, have graduated or obtained a certificate of completion from high school, have obtained a general education development (GED) certificate, or are an honorably discharged veteran of the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States; and Have not been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor, three or more other misdemeanors, and do not otherwise pose a threat to national security or public safety. -
i wonder if they'd request more proof if he says he never left?

I have tmobile too but it's a post-paid account i just called them and asked about prepaid and also looked online.. they also said 'because it's prepaid you cannot look at call logs / history online' but they also added that the only way they can provide call history is if it's a legal matter, and you can provide documents like a subpoena or court order i believe your case IS a legal matter.. if you have a laywer, get him on this.. they gave me the number, 877 778 2106, and that you should request for the legal department, i would call it, and let them know you need the call history from the range you're looking for, because the USCIS themselves is requesting evidence.
