A while ago I read the requirements of what an affidavit/letter must have such as his name and what he does for living. Someone is making me a affidavit/letter and he will put the time I've known him for. I will like to know what he must include about himself and about me?

Nope I didn't sent any copy of my expired visa. I believe it wouldn't actually matters anymore.

My mother lost her bag with hers and my visa long time ago, so I no longer have that visa with me. And I will get a lawyer see what he has to say.

My Visa expired way back in 2002 I did not had any status during 2012

So after a year of waiting, I got a RFE needing to prove from Jan to June 15 of 2012 three weeks later I get denied, I just got my letter today, and I got denied, on the letter says because "You have not established that you were in an unlawful immigration status in the United States on June 15, 2012" What does that even means? That was the only reason I got denied, nothing else. But it too it also says that I did established that I was present in the United States on June 15, 2012. What is the differences? Where did I go wrong? is there anything else I can do about this? Is there still hope for my case?

Well I will send what I can.. I got nothing to lose anyways..

So I called the USCSI and I talked to a level 2 representative officer and waited 2 hours to talk to one. They answered I asked them if they request for more evidence after RFE and through phone and they say they never ask for more evidence through phone that they will always send letters. For some reason I'm still uneasy about this..

I sent everything I could. I posted this same thing on some other website, some guy said it could be one of those scams, now it kinda got me wondering, I'm calling the USCIS I'm on waiting I will like to know if this is legit or not, I read in many websites that the USCIS only give notices and contact you through Mail. What you think of this?

I had to show evidence from Jan to Jun I sent some affidavits, and pictures from facebook where clearly shows the date on, 2012 taxes that my dad had me. The woman told me that they don't accept facebook evidence anymore for some reason, she told me if I had any other. I honestly that all I got, I sent what I could. She said she will be holding on my case for the next 48 hours and gave me her FAX number just in case if I find anything to send it to her. Now I just lost so much hope, I can't believe this happen after 10 months of waiting I get RFE I send back my evidence, then I get this?.. Is just stupid..

Not yet, my package just got there is waiting to be picked up, and I sent it by certified mail.

Congrats! I'm happy for you. One question, How long did it took to get approved after you sent the RFE? I sent mine back in the 19th (Monday) Now I'm just waiting for a response.

That will be enough even with just the bank transactions, and it doesn't has to specifically be the exact date of June 15 it can be days from it.

Okay so I got RFE, now that I collected what I needed. Now final step is to send it back. This might be a stupid question, but I just want to make no mistake! >.< To the people that got RFE how you send back the documents? You put the last page it came with the RFE that has the P.O address on top of everything then the letter that tells you what you missed on the evidence after that the documents supporting the letter? I'm I right?

I see... I got a few pictures of my birthday, May 16 2012 which is one month before they announced the Deferred Action the picture is taken inside of my house, but in the back ground shows some ROSS Store bags which they arent none in mexico as well, I believe I can send those right?

Can facebook pictures be also shown as proof?
