I'm still waiting I tried everything congressman,obudsman,service request's,and calling customer service. I'm almost to 1 year of waiting this month August 23 I'm losing faith....I don't think they are gonna approve me.......I bet you anything they might RFE or send a DENIAL (( so much time waisted for this 2 year deferral from deportation. I have no criminal records I've obeyed the law and everything I qualify for this program but it's about to be 1 YEAR!!.....i did a service request in may and got a letter in the middle of june and they said that my case was put on "processing hold" because i was pending security checks and they didn't know when the security checks were gonna be completed and they said once they got the completion of the security checks they were gonna to try there best to make a decision on my case well i did another service request in july and I got a letter about 1 1/2 weeks ago they said that my I821D is "pending adjudication" and they didn't know when the completion of my i821D was going to happen and that's it.......ugh! Sorry I'm venting......I'm thinking of doing a INFOPASS NEXT WEEK.

Well first of all how did you enter this country? With visa? Or entered without inspection?

I'm at 16 months of waiting and nothing....

I'm so sorry to hear this but I have bad news for you having a DUI is a automatic denial. My lawyer has a couple of cases denied because of DUI and these people were charged with this many years ago. She told me it's because your a danger to public safety so that automatically denies you from DACA benefit. They will find out when you do biometrics again when you request renewal for DACA. You need to go to a lawyer ASAP and find out what your options are now. I know that there are no guidelines yet for renewal but my lawyer said that they will deny anyone's request with a DUI because they will see your record when you do biometrics again when you renew. She said they always do biometrics for any immigration benefit which would be DACA/EAD. I don't know all of your story but if you were drinking and driving then you knew better to be out and doing that, that makes us (undocumented young people) look very bad.

It's an error you might wanna contact USCIS ASAP to fix this issue, if you decide not to report the issue and use the documents you could end up in a lot of trouble with USCIS/ICE.

Yes he can petition you. He will need to file an I-130 for you but actually even if your brother petitions for you it could take 7-10 years before you can get your green card.

Very strange could be just an error if you really do qualify and you sent it (Real) documents for your evidence then you might want to talk to a lawyer about your case ASAP.

Still waiting as well.......... Almost 15 months this November 23 for me.....

You think you've been waiting very long dude look at my timeline below! I've been waiting 14 months and still waiting to hear back from Nebraska service center. I haven't received a RFE Or any type of notice on my case they received my cases on August 23,2012 and I'm still waiting. Just wait and have patience like the rest of us. I know it's hard but all we can do is wait and wait.

O wow! yeah Vermont service center is very slow. I'm still waiting as well it's been 14 months and counting......I'm being processed at Nebraska Service Center. The last E-request I got in the mail it was a letter on October 26,2013 and it said this "Your case is currently under review with an officer. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 90 days of this letter" I really hope I hear sooner then 90 days! It says WITHIN so I should hear something very soon. Hopefully they approve us already. :-)
