Look at my timeline I'm still waiting over a year now and still haven't gotten approved. I have a super clean record never been arrested and I don't have any immigration history either.

Hopefully we get approved very soon.

However, we have to perform additional review on the cases and this has caused a longer processing time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The National Customer Service Center's toll free number is 1-800-375-5283 or you may access the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov should you have any further questions or need additional information. Regards, USCIS Nebraska Service Center" But last Saturday I got a letter in the mail telling me I'm "pending adjudication"?

I haven't received any type of notice or updates yet I've lost hope already I have never gotten in trouble I have clean record and I'm still Waiting....I'm already over 1year of waiting......my last e-request said that I'm "Pending Adjudication" that was in the end of July. I did a second e-request on August 29 and waiting for that response. ugh it's so ridiculous!

This is FALSE if you go to USCIS.gov and go to there information about acceptance it says they start counting the time when your case is received with the service center not when you do your biometric appointment.

really doesn't make a difference we are 3 days apart when they received our applications ....... We are both over 1 year of waiting.

I went to a INFOPASS appointment it was useless. All they said my case is pending and the last time they touched my case was "2/01/2013" ...... And my lawyer keeps telling me to wait what a help she is......I went to congressman and he told me if I don't get anything within 60 days to contact him so he can investigate deeper. your wrong about biometric fingerprints they don't last 1 year they last to 15 months then they send you a new biometric appointment after 15 months have passed. I have no immigration history and clean record.

Lol there alot of people waiting look at my timeline below im already at 1 year of waiting and im still waiting. I got the same service request response from them they said my case is "pending adjudication" all we can do is to continue to wait and wait......
