My case was updated on july 25th. Uscis mailed a RFE on 25th july that I have not received yet. I made a service request on 10th Aug. But no more progress. Waiting till today. If Anyone can help me to know what more can be done to get RFE soon. So that I can response at earliest.

It has been 18 days I made a SR.,But no response. I called to uscis and talked to higher authority. But i was replied to wait till 45 days from the SR made to get the response. Actually I have an idea that uscis might have asked for birth certi. in RFE as I had submitted secondary evidences. So my question is that weather I should send this evidence without being waiting for RFE letter? Please reply and help me
