You would only need the paper work if you commited a crime thats not your case so you dont nees it you just need the paperwork that proves everytting else that is required

Hiio Shopiee I filled my own and my brothers as well technically he filled it out but he got approved first then i got approved last month. I went to a workshop that helped step by step then i filled what i didnt know at home. Just make sure you double check eveything i can tell u for a fact that we re did the application more then once before sending it off as well make copies of evrything thats what i did. And good luck

Sorry to hear about this i waited for about 10 mths for mine i applied Nov 2012 and got accepted September 2013 its taking a while noww

Send everything you can about the case and in that section explained a bit about what happened and how you have changed since then. Thats what i did.

I agree with the person on top if its an application send a letter explaining DACA or if its a person who gave you the papers talk to them. Im sure there is help regarless of your status

I didnt have my record expunged but i got in trouble and it was on my record reckless endargement but when i went to court the persons involved just payed for the persons hospital bills anf that was it. I waited 10mths for an approval when i requested info they just said they had to take a closer look at my case. I read that ur no eligible if you ptove to be a threat to the US or any other significant misdemeanors. Im not sure if that answers your question.

Yes i knew that part hopefully that changes soon and at least in those two states they help and thank you for your words im doing the same thing just wanted to know if there was any help. Someone once told me that you have to sacrifice in order to succeed so keep going on with school and good luck with eveything

Hi guys i got the same response when i did mine and i had been waiting about 10 mths for my permit. After about 3 weeks from my service request where it said that info i received my approved application font lose faith guys everything always happens for a reason:)

Dont lose hope USCIS has alot of applications to process from what we have heard. Dont lose hope or get sad cause of this answer alot of us here waited a really long time before we received our approved application its all about believing in god

Keep your head up alot of us were in your shoes take this experience of learning how to be faithfull and be patient (not that ur not) but you know what i mean

You know from what i heard its always a risk to get a credit card as you can max it out then interest builds and what not but it just depends on you be cautious in how you spend it and spend it wisely

Heyy im really not sure why it takes long ive heard that it depends on which immigration officer receives your application and how many applications the person has to review but im not sure. As for me I got into some trouble bak 2 yrs ago but it all got settled i sent everything that i had and well mine got an extra review. Im not saying its the dame case fir everyone but it just depends.

Well if its not eligible for employment once you receive your approved DACA application you will get a SSN tthat is valid for employment and belongs to you. Any tie you have with a SSN thats not valid should be disregarded once you get your application
