Theres always a reason why everything happens a friend my mom always asked her why she went back to Mexico when my brother and I were going to be born, he basically answered his own question by saying that we wouldnt appreciate what we have as much if we did have it in a way he was right we sometimes do underestimate the little things the what ifs but we have to be strong and continue to fight i wish you the best of luck and your application will be approved soon dont lose hope or patience as all of us in this forum have been there. My application itself just got approved and i sent it since November of 2012. Just have patience and hope

You should consult with a lawyer to see if that can count which could cause you have to prove tou were here in that date. What about phone bills or anything close to that i know i sent bank statements from that month and a month after as well as a transcript from school that i was enrolled for summer qtr
