  1. Question being: Can I still be considered for the dream act if I left the US in 2007 and came back in 2011with a Visa B-2? I graduated in Mexico with an Engineering Career, now I'm wondering if it ever be possible to be eligible. I'm 28 currently, studied since elementary 4th grade up until third year in a community college. Except I got my tourist visa from the US in 2011 December.
