My parents brought me to California at age 15 and I literally entered to US a month before my 16th birthday. I was able to start High School as a Junior and graduated from it. My main question is: am I eligible for DACA even if at Age 15 i was stopped by Border Patrol and sent back to Mexico 5 times?

Hey GSanchez...i applied on October and had my Biometrics recently on Nov. 19th. I guess for me is time for the waiting game so we'll see how long it takes me to get approved or denied. I live in California as well and my case in in Nebraska.

Timewise you could get there earlier like 1 hour before, but as far as going a day or days before the schedule appointment i really doubt it. I would contact them and ask

In 13yrs of beeing in USA I have been pulled over 6 times in which I have been given citations to appear in court. I have taken care of all of them and when I was in the process of applying for DACA I had to go to the Court House of each city I got those citations from. To my surprise if the cases are too old I believe they no longer come up (ie: I had two in Redwood City, CA but when I requested a criminal record Only 1 was found). So good luck and hopefully your case gets approve soon.

I used the help of a lawyer to apply and the parallegal gave me all the info in details as in what the letters look like and that we should both be receiving information on my application status. You may want to check with your lawyer again and see if he/she got it.

I dont think is possible, Just an opinion. The worst in your case is that you will have to start from scratch.

In my case I used Bank Statements which I was able to download and print out myself. However, you may be able to see statements from only the past 3 years but if you contact the bank customer service you can get the statements from previous years at an additional cost. School: request you school transcripts you may only pay a small fee to have them pull out for you. Work: paystubs and a letter from your boss showing dates since when you started working up until the present that also works

I'm still waiting for Approval, but if I get approved I will be able to get a better job as Manager for a Retail store. Though, thats the first step of many I'm planning to make to succed in this country. Congrats to all of you who pursued school eeventhough you knew you were not going to be able to get a job after graduating but now is paying off your hard work and sacrifice!

Yes, i did. I have proof that i was here getting my vacinations days prior to being accepted to High school. So yes I barely made it. I was 15 yrs old for the times i was sent back to Mexico.
