okay, as I already said before I lost my permit like 4 months ago, I already know what the payment is suppose to be, and that I have to apply, but my questions are the following: do I have to send the same proofs as I did the first time? is there any problem if I apply again? do I have to fill all the forms again or only the I-765 (Forms I-821D, I-765 and I-765 Worksheet)? I don't want to hire a lawyer because they also make mistakes, so I rather fill everything by myself.

hello, my name is luis sanchez, i got approved for DACA 6 months ago, after having my permit for two months almost i lost it with my driver license, social security card, and other personal stuff that was in my wallet, i am trying to get a replacement, i already apply two times to get a replacement card but they have told me that the payment was incorrect, the first time i sent a 380 dollars money order, and the second time i send a 175 dollars, both times i got rejected because the payment was incorrect, what is the payment that i have to send. or what would happen if i apply again to get a new card, would it be any trouble since i already had one.
