hi i know that people with dui charges dont qualify for deferred action but yes i got stopped for drinking and spent one nite in jail but when i went to court all the charges were dropped im guessing due to the fact that my alcohol level was only 0.06 and not 0.08.... the only thing i did get was a fine for driving without a license and making a wrong turn which i have already paid off..... i had talked to a cet person they said i do qualify since my record does show why i got stopped but i dont have a dui on my record if anyone was some enlightenment for me thank you so much
