I waited a year, mine was sent to Nebraska as well, just keep calling and ask your lawyer to see whats going on. Also try talking to a level 2 officer. Good luck -

Thats a long time, you should ask to talk to a second level officer, or to your lawyer if you have one... I waited 12 months! Good luck dont lose hope. -

Applications sent to Nebraska are taking forever!!! From what i was reading other crevice centers approve them faster.. This sucks :'(

Hi, i applied for daca on april 1st, did my bio on may 6.. I been waiting for 8 months now. My question is.. I was arrested to shopfliting at walmart it was less than $13, went to jail for a night and i was 17. Now im 21 will that affect my application?? It was a misdeminor.. I know it will appear in my record but is there a chance i'll get denied??? Everything else is fine.. Enough proof, i been ere since i was 3 years old, never left the country.. Im worried an someone help me, answer my question???????

I did an e-request and the answer was just to keep waiting.. I might just do a second e-request in a week to see if i get approved.

I did an e-request and they responded in 2 weeks by mail. It didnt help at all.. They told me to just wait a little longer. That they are doing their best yo speed the process. So i dont see the point in doing it

Omg??? Im worried i was caught stealing at age 17 at Walmart but only spend a night in jail.. It was less than $15 of merchandise!!! I wonder if this will affect me : / HELP ANYONE??? Can i be deported?????? I applied for DACA at age 20 and its been 6 months since i did my biometrics???? Will this affect meee???? My lawyer said no but im worried!!!!!! Has anyone had a case like mine and still got approved?????
