This sucks! I guess calling doesnt help at all??? Wish they could just give you a date to receive everything!!!! Im so irritated

My lawyer did ask for the paperwork and i sent it all... And im glad it wont affect my approval thank you for answering my question @jose

I applied in april, biometrics were done in may its nov.. Almost 6 months no answers???? Has anyone got a case were they went to jail at 17 for one night and still got approved for stealing at walmart??? Anyonee?? And its married to a citizen?????

Hi everyone i am curious to ask one big question! On April i went to a lawyer so that my husband could request papers for me and my lawyer told me that it was better to apply for DACA. I agreed.. Ok my problem is that at the age of 17 i got caught shoplifting at walmart it was around $20 what i had and the cop still took me to jail.. I was there 1 night got out next morning... My question is WILL THIS AFFECT ME IN MY APPROVAL???? I'm 21 and my application went in on April 1st 2013.. On May 6 i had my biometrics done... Its been 6 months??? No answer?? What can i dooo??? Call my lawyer or what??? My case status is still on "Initial Review" my lawyer said there would be no problem when i applied but has anyone had a case like mine and got approved????
