I've been having the worst week of my life. First, i get my phone stolen and then i lose my Card Holder from my wallet, which had my Mexican Consulate ID and My EAD card in there. I got it in September 16 2013, since then i was able to get a SSN. Does anyone here know if i a have any chance getting a state id from the dmv? Or do i wait until i get my new one? Here are some of the documents i have, - Passport - Form I-979, Notice of Action. - Social Security - Receipt # and Card # (The big bar code form where the EAD card came) - 2 forms with my name and address

well i had it with me because i needed it to show it to my boss along with my passport, i was hired for a traveling catering company and when i got home i didnt put it away, it stayed in my wallet. I defenitely learned my lesson not to have that in my person. I have to re apply, pay 465$ because i hear i'm going to have to retake my biometrics, is that correct? And play the waiting game.
