What do you plan to do now that you are approved? School?? work? Life??? tell uss...please share

Omg, that sucks! I have a DUI that happened 7 years ago....however, I'm still pending on DACA approval! So there is a chance I can get denied for the dui Good Luck to you!

He hasn't petition because we are scared that if my waiver gets denied I can be removed from the country! : I did NOT come in with a Visa (unfortunately) So DACA is my only (temp) help.....but it's still not residency. It sucks!

I HAVE DONE 2 SERVICE REQUEST ...MY CASE IS ON HOLD DUE TO SECURITY CHECK, WHAT ELSE CA I DO TO SPEED IT UP? PLEASE ADVICE?

@Sammy305-- I do have a job! I work at an office 5 days a week, I am enrolled in college, I am married and have house wife duties....but that still doesn't change the fact that 'getting approved or denied' is a possibility and can wonder in my mind, even with the busy life that I have. What's your timeline, have you gotten approved?

Oh no! DUI? That sucks...Good luck with that... I have a DUI from 6 years ago and i am barely trying to get approved for DACA. Back then I was 20 young and dumb..I know now not to mess with that ever again! Good luck getting approved again, but remember that DUI are now being taken very seriously and are considered Felonies.

Turning down better paying jobs suck! Sorry...i know how u feel... but stay positive! Your break is on it's way

Thank you all for your comments...BUT what do you to cope with it? I mean it's so hard to wait..and wait! Some days I just can't take it! I hate it! I am glad I am not alone. I know how each and everyone one of you feel...and i two thought I was a citizen until I got to HS and realize I could't legally work like my friends. I have younger siblings and they are all born US Citizens, I am the only lucked out one in the family. But in a way I guess I am thankful because through all my life struggles I have became more ambitious and hungry for success. I want it! and I know that if I get approved and one day become a US citizen I will take it and run with it as fast as i can..and I will not look back! I will only work harder for what I really want...and that is a successful life and career in the US! Though the American life as an immigrant has been difficult ,U.S. has still been good to me, and i just want the opportunity to give back to this great country that has raised me! *** One day..***hopefully Please share how you deal with "waiting"??

Yes, but we shall stay Positive! Are break will come one day...we cannot give up! We still have to stick together and demand an immigration reform. Not only for us, but for our parents that have gone through hell and back just to give us a better life! DACA is one step forward...but our hard working parents also deserve a break! I work for a real estate agent in CA, however, you should go with an agent in your city. Most realtors have many connections with many different lenders. And different lenders have different programs. You just might be able to buy... Usually to get a home loan you need to prove income for 2 years, so they will ask for your (2) year taxes, pay stubs and bank statements. Once they have that they will be able to pre-qualify you. But I think they need to run your credit score...and if you never had credit it will be a little complicated..but don't get discouraged, like I mentioned before different banks have different programs. Oh wow! Well I am willing to wait the 10 months as long as I can get approved and not denied...I think I was April 22 too lol but I am in CA. Let's just wait and see what happens..with DACA it's all a waiting game!
