I lived in Madison WI 2008, for about 5 months I got pulled over for no registration, no license and no insurance 2 weeks later I decided to go back to California due to financial instability , I had no job no money and I was by myself I was 21years old , so I drove back, I needed to go to court and I didn't so i'm assuming the put a warrant on me in WI, I've gotten many tickets for different reasons ever since , but I have paid every single one of them, I just did my bio this past feb, 20 and im afraid that because I skiped court in WI my petition will be denied Anybody else in the same situation? and got approved by the way my finger prints were taken before if I get approved or I don't I will post it here March 10 2014 and still nothing march 12 2014 will be 20 days since I did my biometrics I read other posts and most of them usually take 20-25 days after biometrics, I WAS APROVED MARCH 28 2014 I RECEIVED MY EAD CARD APRIL 5TH 2014 I APPLIED FOR A SOCIAL APRIL 7 2014 MY CASE TOOK 60 DAYS EXACTLY I HAVE LOST OF TRAFIC TICKETS IN DIFFERENT STATES, AND EVEN A BENCH WARRANT, LETS SEE IF THAT WILL AFFECT ME IN GETTING A DRIVERS LICENSE WILL KEEP YOU POSTED PEEPS I cant believe getting my SSN is taking longer than my ead took, its been 5 weeks since I applied for a SSN and still nothing

no credit history is better than bad credit history , I rescinded my itin number and I didn't transfer any of my credit history to my new ssn , I had my identity stolen so I have really bad credit its better to start from scratch , this time make sure you don't fuck up your credit though

This questions is not related to the original topic but does any one know or have more information about the 6years of temporary residency if you attend college for 2 years , and if you complete a 4 year and obtain your bachelors degree they may qualify your for permanent residency ? did UCIS already approved this or what I read it on a Wikipedia link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DREAM_Act

MAY 27 , 2014 After applying for a social security back on april 7 and going to the ssa 5 times to check status has finally arrived im all set now

dream chaser you should give it a shot, make some fake invoices saying you were here before you were 15 its not like they are going to go back and check, I faked a few invoices including the jun 15 date cus I didn't have any proof now, I think you d be alright you should try it really, money comes and goes

1st rescind your itin # 2nd get a secure credit card, 3rd educate yourself on how to use a secure credit card for best results 4th after 12 months or so the lender will decide if you are eligible to get a real credit card based on how you make your payments try not to be late on them

im on the 5th week waiting to get my SSN, today I went in for the 2nd time to see the status of my SSN, the lady was like you have to wait 4 week , I was like its already been 4 weeks in the 5th week now, now she's telling me that it could take up to 2 months she said that Homeland security still hadn't cleared me , my questions is ...can you get your SSN denied even after your daca has been approved? I cant believe its harder to get a SSN than the actual DACA anybody has any suggestion id be happy to see it , thanks

Yeah Notarized letters wont be taken into consideration I would probably say to make fake invoices online with dates you might be missing specially for the one in june 15, I had some gaps in my packet so that's what I did, but I don't know if it might work out for you since 2007-2011 is a HUGE gap, to make that many fake invoices lol , its your call though this is just a suggestion, if you have a google account you can see free templates invoices also you can google "free fake invoice template" it takes a minute since you have to do a lot of research and try to make it legit, thank god for the internet lol

USCIS received my packet jan 27, 2014 ....... I did my biometrics Feb 20, 2014 ............. I checked online today march 28 2014 like around 9am and my case was still on initial review, I checked again march 28 2014 at 2:30pm and my case had been approved it says card/documentation production, I should received my document in 30 days from now , as I posted before I had a lot of trafict tickets and even a warrant , but uscis still accepted me so there is hope, if you are in the same situation as me and would like to know what I sent or have any questions hit me up good luck to all of you Perseverance is failing 19 times and succeeding the 20th

Even if its only a bench warrant? I was thinking well may be once they approve me I wouldn't be able to get my drivers license right away until I cleared that up, Damn this wait is killing me, may be I should call the center to find out what's the status of my case what you guys think ?

where does it say that your order is on "processing hold"? I have a long list of misdemeanors and problems with the law including tagging school restrooms, under age alcohol consumption,, ditching, got kicked out of high school, got 4 speeding tickets in 3 different states, I got my finger prints taken by us highway patrol in Utah because I look suspicious(they thought I was transporting drugs) they even brought a dog to smell the car and they checked the car inside the hood, and I got 4 other tickets for driving with a busted taillight, I think I also have a warrant in Wisconsin for skipping court, uscis received my packet jan 27, 2014 I did my biometrics on feb 20 2014, now im just waiting, so if you case is on hold because your past criminal activity then im on the same boat with you my friend

13 months!! I cant wait that long I, planning on buying a house I need to start building up my credit ... my projects are on hold till I get my ssn I hope you get a response soon Illinois

hey holdingon2promise, where did your packet get send to ? mine went to lincon Nebraska, and the lady who prepared my paper work said that they are very strict, and that its very likely that they might ask for more proof hopefully not

@holdingon2promise Oh yeah you are good im guessing that your case might take 3-4 months over all in my case I think it could be more than 7 months, im also on initial review and I check every morning well lets hope everything goes ok and in a couple of months we are both accepted

@holdingon2promise , I sent bank account records, credit report records, a few receipts of my internet purchases, my w2's , a couple of signed letters saying I was here on certain dates from my previous bosses, some paid traffic tickets lol, and im sorry when I said I sent my stuff on feb 20, Actually I sent it on JAN 24th and I got a text message on JAN 27th saying my case was received, then they sent me a letter for my bio appointment schedule on Feb 20 , and now im just waiting, I got a lot of trafict tickets my finger prints were taken before , and even a warrant on Madison WI for skipping court , now I live in Los angeles, hopefully everything goes ok, my sister got her stuff in 5 months and she had a lot of traffic tickets and even her finger prints take out like me lol, but no warrants, she got hers back in Feb 2013 I will let you know if I get approved or not keep me posted on your case as well
