I enjoy looking a timelines. Give me an idea of when someone will be approved. If all is good on your biometric end you are looking at august or September.

I think it does, I don't think you will wait very long. But when I got my letter I to was disappointed not to see my biometrics date.

For me, it took a week and a few day to get a response that my package was accepted and forwarded to the Nebraska center. Took forever to get my biometric date. (A little over a month.) Although, I think it was because I live in New York. Hope that was helpful.

@Susana, Still apply. Just make sure you supply a ton of evidence, your college accomplishment such as MBA and apply. I've read that a ton of people with DUI and misdemeanors still got approved. Good luck.

Hm, have you spoken to your lawyer? I ask because MissErika's time line is very close to yours and i mean her biometrics date was 4/22/14 and she was approved on the 30th. Although you are still in good timing , it is still the same service center. And if they were working from applications that were received first, you should have heard from them before MissErika and definitely before me. Check with your lawyer to see if he/she received an rfe, or something. Or if you are not shy just call them uscis. I called them and get a service request. Also, if you don't mind me asking what did you mail in as evidence?. I said this before, there should be a post on types of evidence supplied because it cuts process time down in half. Also do you have any misdemeanors? If so, I have gathered from reading a lot of post that people with minor to huge misdemeanors often wait a little longer them most. Still, its not like that for everyone. Again, you are still in healthy timeline. Just drive your lawyer insane till you get some answers.

Thanks!!!! Yes, both was approved the same day. You have to be approved any day now because my biometric was the 4/29. You can be next week!!! I thought I would get a text message but I didn't something told me to check online and it said my card is in production!!
