^^ okay... I think something as important as renewing, I would remember to do. I can say now, "how will i remember?" Yeah, i think i would. In fact know I would. My statement was geared toward how life can get in the way and that the punishment shouldn't be so harsh being that people were approve before and most waited forever before even getting an answer. I'd like to also note, that I haven't even been approve yet so currently renewals is not relevant. This post was a statement hoping that the renewals and current applicants are review by different division. Thanks.

In a perfect world i would like to not have to ever think about when it is renew time but I guess that's not my universe. So yeah I plan to use apps, mom, sister, and best friends to remind me. :-) When do you take your mcat??

It is unfortunate that there is such a thing as if you don't renew on time you are screwed. Seriously, there needs to be a better option. People can get caught up in life and may not realize time is running out. As a premed student I would never remember... Ever

Um, I never said it would be renewers fault, I said I hope there is a different section that handles renew.

No one will give someone with out credit, credit. Here are two ways to build credit. 1) Get a cell phone line, or bills in your name. 2) apply for a credit card that requires you to add you ‘own money’. then you treat it like a credit card. When you pay your money back on time every month— you build credit. then you can apply for real cards and of course get you money back for the helping credit card. Also, look at credit companies that offer you to put you money for a line of credit NOT prepaid cards. capital offers this.

I'm sorry to hear that. I came in on an I-94, 27 years ago. Currently, i'm still waiting to be approved for my daca. Anyway (not sure if i will be accepted but the great thing is my mom can file for me in two years.) You are from NYC like myself and i go to a cuny college (BMCC) which is affordable---very affordable. I work off the books and put my money towards school, with a year down I don't owe anyone one anything. Since you have your working permit just try to work and save and put it towards school.

i already have a social, so all i would have to do is have them change it from non working to working...

any day now.... i feel it coming....

i believe, i did. so far they haven't requested anything. i sent my ged, college transcript, bank statement, gym statement, medical immunization that dates back to 87 and passport so on.

are you sure your lawyer submitted your application? because if not try and cancel the money order! and try to resubmit and do it on your own. seriously the application is not difficult and did mind and so far so good.

Congrats!!! It's funny that you say that. It's like the board is empty. Where are all the past approved members? Sometimes I feel like people who were approved just abandon the site. Anyway,good luck to you and please continue to share your experiences with future members who may be lost and confused about the process.
