I think it's about time you called them. I called the just to figure my bio-date, they are SUPER FRIENDLY they got my my date asap. Give them a call and see whats up and if you can resend with out your lawyer.

Do they ask for more evicdence after biometrics or before?

Congratulation!!! I'm still waiting on my biometrics. :-(

No finger print yet, but I've been in initial review. And I received a letter explaining the steps they will take. Starting with biometrics date whenever that may happen. I guess in NYC, a lot of people are waiting to get their finger prints done.

unless your status moves from initial review to some else, i would wait. I think if there is a problem it will move to another box.

I think we should talk about what kind of evidence was sent in. I think that also determines processing time.

Yes call them and ask. Many people have been successful so far after contacting them.

Thanks for the quick response. Please keep me updated! I just checked my status and I am in initial review and i am waiting on a letter that can take 7-10 business days to arrive. I think it's my biometrics... ugh the wait is hard to ignore. Oh and i sent my banks statements, medical immunizations card that dates back to 1987 (been here for 27 years), high school, collage transcript, ssn, i-94, and other stuff. i hope it’s enough.

@solid I'm curious to see your process since we are a month apart in sending in our applications. Mine was in March. Waiting for my biometric. What type of evidence did you send? I think the evidence is what makes a difference. Where is your lockbox?

I know they have my package, it's probably buried under thousands of applications. :-(

ugh, anxious sent my paper work yesterday!!!

Anyone applied 2014? I sent mine in yesterday, 3/10/14, via express mail. it should be with them at 3pm!!! i'm so anxious, i've been here for 27 years! i'm 28 lol.
