How do you know that uscis got the evidence??

ny lawyer said he sent the evidence out April 8th but I have yet to recieve any Notification. USCiS updated my case March 18th but i didn't know till April 7th. I know if they don't recieve the evidence in a certain period of time that they deny your case. What should i do??

I applied through lawyer in june but i recently found out he didnt send it in this December. I was highly pissed off. But anyone else applied in december 2013 or late 2013. I'm a newbie btw

I,have been following this forum for the last 9 months. I know that I'm gonna get an rfe because for the year 2007-2008 i moved and didnt have the transcript to the school i went to. How long does it usually take for them to send me a rfe. Sorry for the bad grammar I'm on my phone

I applied December 3rd Biometrics January 28th recievrd an Rfe march 18th and got approved april 28th

When do i get the actual permit? And if my lawyer got my rfe will he get my petmit too? If he does I'll be really upset

So i called immigration and they told me i should get a response in 60 days but i still haven't got a notification saying they got my evidence. I'm not gonna wait for 60 days just to find out they never got it and i end up getting denied... What should i do. I never recieved the orignal letter myself

I think that's what I'm gonna have to do... But now I'm like why the hell did i even hire a lawyer if they arent gonna do their job

I have developed trust issues with my lawyer. He has lied to me to many times. He had my rfe for 20 days and if i didnt call he probably wouldnt of said anything. He said he sent the evidence out 4/8/14 how long does it usually take nebraska center to get it if I'm from Florida
