Hi all!
I personally know two people who were granted Advance Parole and came back with no issues, so I'm confident to travel based on their experiences. But I have a question regarding the names that are show in my Deferred Action. When I applied, I only stated my FIRST NAME, MIDDLE INITIAL AND PATERNAL LAST NAME (both my social security card and driver's license are shown the same way too).
In my foreign passport, I have a FULL NAME, MIDDLE NAME AND PATERNAL AND MATERNAL LAST NAMES. If I were to travel with Advance Parole, do you think this will be an issue when coming back? I know the Advance Parole will have a picture in it, validating that the person in the passport is the same one on the Advance Parole. What do you guys think? Is it too risky? If it is, what can I do to fix it?
P.S: I will be traveling under a humanitarian reason. (Grandmother's renal failure).
