I am helping someone gather information and proof so that he can apply for daca but he has absolutely nothing to prove his presence in the us from 2007-2011 or on June 15 ,2012. He has never left the country since he came here (without a visa) in 1999 but he has never had a job, doesnt have a bank account, no bills to his name, etc. The only thing he has right now is transcripts and school IDs but those are from 2000-2006. One ID is from 2006-2007. I read somewhere online that you could send notorized notes from people that know you stating how long they have known you and that they know for sure that you have not left the country during that time but we have asked lawyers and they said that doesnt work, that immigration wont take them into consideration. If anyone was in a similar situation or know anyone who was can you help me figure out what he can use for proof?
